The Electric Vehicle Innovation Summit (EVIS) Abu Dhabi is a major electric mobility and sustainable transportation platform bringing together industry leaders, policymakers, technology companies, investors and mobility innovators from across the Middle East and international markets.
The summit focuses on the transition toward cleaner and smarter transportation, covering electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, battery technologies, energy systems, fleet electrification and emerging mobility solutions. The event provides a platform for businesses and government stakeholders to exchange ideas, showcase technologies and develop partnerships supporting the future of sustainable mobility.
EVIS Abu Dhabi is being expanded through its co-location with EcoMobility Global (EMG), broadening the program beyond electric vehicles to include sustainable, smart and people-centered mobility across land, air and sea. Key areas include public transportation, cycling, hydrogen mobility, smart cities, digital mobility and other clean transportation technologies.
The 2026 edition was originally scheduled for October 13–14, 2026, at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. However, the official event website now states that EVIS Abu Dhabi 2026 has been postponed to 2027, with the new dates still to be announced. The postponement is described by the organizers as a postponement rather than a cancellation.
The next edition will continue to provide a platform for collaboration across electric mobility, sustainable transportation, energy transition and smart mobility, with the confirmed 2027 dates to be published by the organizers.
