In Q2, Audi delivered 5,714 all-electric vehicles, reflecting a 4% drop from the same period in 2023. However, the EV share of Audi’s total volume saw a modest improvement, rising to 11.1% from 10.2% year-over-year.

Among the models, the Audi Q4 e-tron, a counterpart to Volkswagen’s ID.4, achieved sales of 1,831 units, complemented by 599 units for its Sportback variant. The Audi Q8 e-tron, successor to the retired e-tron, closely followed with 1,811 units sold, including 549 units for its Sportback version. The Audi e-tron GT, akin to Porsche’s Taycan, concluded the quarter with 617 sales.

Year-to-date figures reveal Audi’s cumulative EV sales in the U.S. surpassing 11,000 units, marking a 10% increase compared to the same period last year. This accounts for approximately 12% of Audi’s overall sales volume.

For reference, Audi achieved significant strides in 2023, selling over 25,000 electric vehicles in the U.S., a 54% increase from 2022, constituting 11% of its total sales volume.
