Leapmotor has unveiled its latest offering, the C10 medium-sized five-seater SUV, in China. The vehicle is available in both Extended Range Electric Vehicle (EREV) and Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) versions, with prices starting from 128,800 yuan (approximately $17,900 USD). The company has plans to launch the C10 overseas in the third quarter of this year.
The EREV versions of the C10 are priced between 135,800 and 165,800 yuan (approximately $18,800 – $23,000 USD), offering different editions such as the 210 Comfort Edition, 210 Smart Edition, and 210 Smart Driving Edition. On the other hand, the BEV versions range from 128,800 to 168,800 yuan (approximately $17,900 – $23,400 USD), featuring editions like the 410 Comfort Edition, 530 Comfort Edition, 530 Smart Edition, and 530 Smart Driving Edition.

Consumers can choose from six exterior body colors, including gray, black, dark gray, light blue, white, and jade green. The C10 is built on the Leap 3.0 architecture, with dimensions of 4739/1900/1680 mm and a wheelbase of 2825 mm.
Design highlights of the C10 include a square outline, a panoramic sunroof, 20-inch multi-spoke rims, hidden door handles, a watchtower lidar on the roof, through-type light groups, and a rear spoiler.
Inside, the cockpit features a T-shaped layout in orange or purple, with a 10.25-inch instrument panel and a 14.6-inch central control screen. The operating system is powered by the Leapmotor OS, running on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 chip.

The C10 is equipped with a level 3 advanced driving assistance system called Leapmotor Pilot, which offers 25 functionalities through 30 sensors, including five millimeter-wave radars, 11 cameras, 12 ultrasonic radars, one 128-line lidar, and a NVIDIA Orin-X chip.
The EREV powertrain includes a rear 170 kW and 320 Nm permanent magnet synchronous motor, a 70 kW 1.5L H15R engine, and a 28.4 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack, providing a 210 km pure electric range and 1,190 km comprehensive range, with a top speed of 170 km/h and 0-100 km/h acceleration in 7.68 seconds.
The BEV series features a 170 kW and 320 Nm permanent magnet synchronous motor, offering a top speed of 170 km/h and 0-100 km/h acceleration in 7.29 seconds. The BEV models are equipped with lithium iron phosphate battery packs, providing ranges of up to 530 km (CLTC).

The C10’s innovative design extends to its interior, where the front seat can be flattened up to 180° to create a large sofa with a length of nearly 1.8 m. With both front and rear seats folded down, the C10 can transform into a bed over 2.7 m long. The trunk can accommodate seven 20-inch suitcases at once and can be expanded to 835 L after folding down the rear seats, allowing for up to 15 20-inch suitcases.
