Li Auto, a Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer, has revealed new specifications for its upcoming Mega electric multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) ahead of its official launch scheduled for March 1. The Mega will offer several interior, suspension, and autonomous driving packages, catering to different customer needs.
The top-trim Mega variant will feature 2 Nvidia Orin chips, a Hesai LiDAR sensor, 3 screens inside the cabin, and dual-chamber air suspension, among other features. The entry-level autonomous driving system, AD Pro, will be powered by single Horizon Journey 5 chips and support functions like Navigation on Autopilot (NOA) and Lane Centering Control (LCC).

For customers opting for the top-trim AD system, AD Max, Li Mega will be equipped with a pair of Nvidia Orin-X processors, a Hesai LiDAR sensor, and advanced driver-assist features for both highway and city driving scenarios.
In terms of interior options, the standard package, SS Pro, will include two 15.7-inch 3K LCD screens in the center console, a heads-up display, and a Snapdragon 8295 chip. The SS Max package will add an additional screen for second and third-row passengers and a performance version of the Snapdragon 8295 chip. The top-trim package offers OLED screens and a 4D vibration system for second-row passengers.

The Mega will feature a 2+2+3 seating arrangement, with luxurious second-row seats offering 16-point massage functions, adjustable backrests, and significant movement range.
The MPV will come standard with air suspension, with the option for dual-chamber air suspension for enhanced comfort. The vehicle also offers two noise insulation packages for a quieter cabin experience.

With futuristic styling and impressive dimensions, the Li Auto Mega aims to deliver a blend of luxury, performance, and efficiency. It will be powered by two electric motors with a combined output of 400 kW, drawing power from a 102.7-kWh ternary NMC battery pack from CATL, offering an impressive range of 710 km.
The Li Auto Mega is set to hit the market on March 1, with a starting price of up to 600,000 yuan (approximately $83,400 USD).
