The design of Tesla Cybertruck’s smaller variant spotted at Petersen Museum

It’s been almost three years since Elon Musk announced the Tesla Cybertruck, but car enthusiasts still don’t give up on the continuation of this vehicle, even though until now it’s not clear when the Cybertruck will be released.

According to a recent statement by Tesla, the number of people who pre-ordered the Cybertruck has reached 1.5 million. It seems the company is quite happy with the interest from auto enthusiasts and it looks like Tesla will be making a slightly different version of the Cybertruck to follow up on the interest from customers.

The Tesla Exhibition Room at the Petersen Automotive Museum is vast, as it sheds light on the company’s history and the products and innovations that have helped the manufacturer become a dominating force in the EV market worldwide over the years.

And, of course, the Tesla Cybertruck form was widely displayed and proved very popular at the show. Details at the event have Tesla fans excited.

According to some electric vehicle enthusiasts, Tesla may have shared an image of a fairly unique version of its futuristic design electric pickup truck at the exhibition. Visitors to the exhibition found an interesting painting near the Cybertruck.

In the picture hanging on the wall, you can see a smaller version of the futuristic vehicle. Unlike any known Tesla model, the vehicle still in sketch form is the two-door Cybertruck.

The vehicle in the painting looks more compact than the original Cybertruck. The cabin still looks spacious and airy thanks to the long windshield and short hood.

Tesla won’t completely change the design of the vehicle and make it smaller before launch. However, the image in the sketch could be a spoiler for another version of the Tesla Cybertruck.

During the reveal of early prototypes of the Cybertruck in late 2019, Musk was asked on Twitter if Tesla would be open to building a more compact version of the Cybertruck in the future.

Musk responded positively to the question, saying, “In the long term, it might make sense to build a smaller Cybertruck as well.”

So, based on this, it’s safe to say that a smaller Cybertruck is likely to actually appear in the coming years. Unfortunately, it is currently unclear whether it will be priced cheaper than the standard model or not.
