Lancia announced their electrification strategy that plans to be all electric by 2026. All models from the Stellantis subsidiary will be pure electric vehicles from 2026. Starting in 2028, the brand wants to sell 100% electric cars exclusively.
Lancia will launch its first car with an electric powertain in early 2024. The pioneer electric model is the Lancia Ypsilon which has a length of four meters, entering the B-segment sedan with a hatchback.
The Lancia Ypsilon will be exclusively electric. In 2026, electric vehicle models will follow with a length of about 4.60 meters. However, Lancia has not named the model.

The Lancia Delta with a 4.40-meter electric powertrain is planned for 2028. The three planned electric vehicle models are expected to account for half of the total sales.
The three models have the task of strengthening Stellantis’ position in the premium and luxury segments. It is not yet known which platform will be used for the three Lancia electric vehicles.
