Voyah, the premium electric vehicle unit of Dongfeng Motor Group, reported year-on-year growth in January vehicle deliveries, even as volumes declined from the previous month in line with a broader seasonal slowdown across China’s auto market.
Voyah delivered 10,515 vehicles in January, up 31.29% from 8,009 units a year earlier but down 34.29% from 15,954 vehicles delivered in December. The brand delivered 150,169 vehicles in full-year 2025, a 75.23% increase from the prior year, but missed its annual sales target of 200,000 units.

Voyah’s current lineup spans a wide premium price range of 200,000 yuan to 700,000 yuan ($28,770 to $100,700) and includes the Passion and Passion L sedans, the Zhiyin mid-size SUV, the Free series of mid-to-large SUVs, the Dream multi-purpose vehicle and the Taishan large SUV.
Looking ahead, Voyah said on Jan. 28 that it plans to launch four new models in 2026 as it seeks to broaden its portfolio and regain sales momentum. These include the Taishan Ultra, Taishan X8 and two additional vehicles codenamed FE and Qomolangma.

The automaker said the Taishan Ultra is expected to become China’s first mass-produced Level 3 autonomous SUV, with deliveries scheduled to begin in March 2026. The Taishan X8, a large five-seat SUV that Voyah says will be the largest of its kind in China, is due to launch in the first half of this year.
The FE model has been positioned as a pure-electric “FUV,” or Ferrari Utility Vehicle, with a focus on exterior design and advanced smart driving features, and is expected to debut in mid-2026. The Qomolangma model, an MPV, is slated for launch in the second half of the year.

Voyah was unveiled by Dongfeng in late 2020 and formally established in 2021. In August 2025, Dongfeng said Voyah would pursue an introductory listing in Hong Kong while the parent group moves toward privatization. Earlier this week, Voyah received approval from mainland Chinese securities regulators for its planned Hong Kong listing.
