Opel Mokka is this Small SUV which is the first car from Opel that uses full electricity as its driving force.
Speaking of design, the exterior of the new Mokka is inspired by the vizor on the full-face helmet and is planned to be applied to other Opel lineups as well.
At the muzzle, Opel Mokka has a headlight with a rigid shape. Likewise with the LED Daytime Running Lights which are placed at the top of the headlights.

Opel Mokka does not have a traditional grille like in cars with conventional engines. Interestingly, the hood of this car comes in a different color from the other parts.
For the rear, the Opel designer team gave the shape of the taillights similar to the headlights. But for the taillights it has slightly larger dimensions.
Opel Mokka is the first Opel lineup to use Pure Panel. This is an instrument panel that combines the usual instrument panel with an entertainment screen that usually ‘stands’ alone in the center cockpit.
On the Pure Panel there is a 12-inch screen behind the steering wheel and a 10-inch multimedia screen. Opel still retains some of the important operating buttons so that the driver can focus on the road while driving.

Android Auto and Apple CarPlay features also come as standard. Then there is also OpelConnect which features a real time navigation system. This car also comes with wireless charging for smart phones.
Opel Mokka weighs 120 kg lighter than the previous generation. With a lighter weight and a stiffer car body, this latest Mokka is more energy efficient, responsive, more agile, and easier to drive.
Opel Mokka uses an electric motor that produces 136 hp and has a torque of 260 Nm. The battery used has a capacity of 50 kWh and can cover a distance of up to 322 km if the battery is fully charged and in Normal driving mode.
For the maximum speed is 150 km / hour. Opel says that the Mokka battery can be recharged up to 80% in 30 minutes using a 100 kW plug.
The embedded features are quite complete, such as ACC (Advanced Cruise Control) with Stop and Go functions, Active Lane Positioning System, Adaptive IntelliLux LED Matrix, panoramic rear camera, Traffic Sign Recognition, and many more.
As the SUV was developed on PSA’s Common Modular Platform (CMP), this allows the Mokka to be sold with regular petrol and diesel engines. Opel also said it would sell the Opel Mokka with a choice of conventional engines.
