Tesla has recently unveiled its Manufacturing Development Program, an initiative aimed at guiding high school seniors towards a promising career in manufacturing at Tesla’s factories.

This comprehensive program is designed to equip participants with the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience to excel in Tesla’s advanced manufacturing operations. Through a combination of hands-on experience, mentorship, and technical training, the program aims to cultivate the next generation of manufacturing leaders.
