The Tesla Model Y 7-seater configuration is now available in additional markets, including the United Kingdom and various European Union member states. In the UK, the Model Y 7-seater can be added for an extra £2,500 ($3,269) to the base price.
This configuration is exclusively offered with the Long Range All-Wheel Drive (AWD) version of the Model Y, which starts at £51,990 ($68,004). Consequently, the total cost for the 7-seater Model Y in the UK amounts to £54,490 ($71,274).

Similarly, the pricing structure remains consistent across EU countries. In Germany, the 7-seater Model Y also costs an additional €2,500 ($2,726), available only for the Long Range AWD variant. The base price for the Model Y LR AWD in Germany is €55,970 ($61,047), bringing the total cost of the 7-seater configuration to €58,470 ($63,774).
Earlier this year, Tesla raised the price of the Model Y 7-seater configuration in the United States, increasing the additional cost from $2,500 to $3,000 in January 2024. Currently, the 7-seater option in the U.S. is priced at $2,000, while the Model Y LR AWD starts at $40,490 before any options are added.
Reports indicate that Tesla’s Giga Shanghai facility commenced production of the Model Y 7-seater units this month. The China-made Model Y 7-seater will be sold both domestically and in European markets.
