Tesla is ramping up its Cybercab testing near the Giga Texas facility. Aerial footage from Joe Tegtmeyer, a long-time observer of the site, reveals several Cybercabs operating around the complex.
The robotaxis were seen smoothly navigating routes near the east side of the highway and areas like the “Cyberpond” and the “Fork” display.
The Cybercabs were accompanied by a Model 3 chase car, as seen in previous tests, and demonstrated impressive autonomous driving, responding to pedestrians and vehicles with ease.

In addition to testing, Tesla is actively promoting the Cybercab. The vehicle is currently on a tour across several cities in Europe and is being displayed at Tesla stores in the U.S. It has also been featured at events such as Art Basel in Miami and the Petersen Automotive Museum.
The Cybercab is designed specifically for full self-driving and lacks manual controls like a steering wheel or pedals. It features two seats and a spacious rear cargo area that can accommodate luggage or even a bicycle or foldable wheelchair.
The Cybercab is designed with efficiency in mind, utilizing half the parts of a Tesla Model 3, further demonstrating Tesla’s commitment to efficient vehicle design.
