Electric vehicle logistics firm Mober has inaugurated ‘Central Charge,’ the largest commercial EV charging hub in the Philippines, as part of efforts to reduce fleet downtime and support its growing operations.
Located along D. Macapagal Avenue in Pasay City, about 10 km south of Manila, the 3,000 m² facility features 52 AC chargers (7 kW) and four DC fast chargers (60 kW). The hub is capable of charging up to 200 electric trucks per day and operates around the clock in three shifts to ensure uninterrupted charging for Mober’s fleet.
Mober previously opened its first charging site in 2023, a smaller 800 m² hub with 30 chargers in Pasay City’s Zamora Street. With the launch of Central Charge, the company now has sufficient in-house infrastructure to sustain its current fleet of 240 electric trucks. However, as it plans to surpass 500 EVs by 2026, additional hubs will be required.
“We are now looking for properties between 6,000 and 10,000 m² to build two more charging hubs—Northern Volt in the north and Southern Spark in the south,” said Mober CEO Dennis Ng, referring to locations in Luzon, the Philippines’ largest island.

Mober, the country’s first and leading EV logistics company, provides zero-emission last-mile delivery services for major clients, including IKEA, Nestlé, Maersk, Starbucks, Monde Nissin, and Kuehne+Nagel. In June 2023, the firm secured a $6 million investment from the Southeast Asia Clean Energy Facility II (SEACEF II), which helped fund the new Central Charge facility.
