GMC Hummer EV Gets Green Kevlar paint by SoFlo Customs

SoFlo Customs modifiers from South Florida took the Hummer EV into a cooler vehicle with a military approach and covered the big truck’s entire external body in kevlar.

This modification package is named SoFlo Strikeforce and the main highlight of the conversion is the three-part “Army Green” exterior coating, which consists of epoxy fused to Kevlar fibers.

However, SoFlo Customs said that the use of Kevlar did not intentionally make the Hummer EV bulletproof. The main objective is to protect the truck from rocks, tree branches and other ‘off-road projectiles’.

Additional updates come in the form of 4-inch suspension lift, big 38-inch tires and new 20-inch wheels, which are said to still work with the Hummer’s “CrabWalk” trick feature.

Changes were also made to the interior of the Hummer EV. There are new coatings in brown and black that weatherproof the cabin when the roof panels are removed. For future iterations of the Strikeforce, SoFlo plans to equip the truck with an armored windshield, a “slantback” bed cover, and push bars in front of the grille to truly lean into the military-inspired look that has come with today.

Manufacturers price this modification package starting at $ 219,000. For those who have already shelled out a minimum of $110,295 for the Hummer EV Edition 1, SoFlo mentions you can also take your existing vehicle to convert into a Strikeforce.
