The Electrified GV70 features several changes compared to models with ICE and gets a special Boost Mode that increases power output for a short period of time.

This car also provides a range of more than 500 km and is equipped with reverse charging support.

The Genesis Electrified GV70 is the company’s latest addition to its electric vehicle portfolio. The premium electric car is said to be the brand’s first electric model to be built in North America at an Alabama plant.

The car also sports a simpler look compared to the non-electric GV70 and debuts with a new e-Terrain Mode designed for driving on rougher roads.

The Genesis Electrified GV70 sports a neat profile with a “Crest” mesh grille that also hides the charging port, a bumpy hood, a slimmer bumper, and separate headlights.

On the sides, the car is flanked by roof rails, black B-pillars, body-coloured ORVM, and 20-inch wheels.
The shark fin antenna, windshield wipers and the company’s “Two-Line Quad Lamps” are available at the rear.

The Genesis Electrified GV70 2022 carries one battery and two electric motors. The battery supports 350 kW fast charging and can be charged from 10-80% in 18 minutes.

This powertrain produces 483 hp/700 Nm in Boost Mode. There’s also an e-Terrain mode for driving across rough terrain.
The vehicle offers a range of over 500 km and can go from 0-100 km/h in 4.5 seconds.

The Genesis Electrified GV70 offers a white and black cabin inspired by the “Beauty of White Space” design concept. This cabin features a 3-spoke multifunction steering wheel and a minimalist dashboard.

This car also features a wide touchscreen infotainment panel with support for the latest connectivity options. For safety, there are likely to be multiple airbags, rear cameras, and ABS with EBD.
