Fleet Europe Days 2026

Fleet Europe Days 2026 will take place on October 27–28, 2026, at Feira Internacional de Lisboa (FIL), Pavilion 1, in Lisbon, Portugal. The two-day event brings together fleet, mobility and remarketing professionals, including fleet managers, mobility leaders, automotive manufacturers, technology providers and industry decision-makers. The organizers expect more than 1,500 international fleet leaders, 100 exhibitors and 70 speakers.
The event combines the Fleet Europe Summit and Remarketing Summit into an integrated two-day program. Conference content covers fleet and mobility strategy, sustainable procurement, decarbonization, electrification, connectivity, vehicle remarketing, defleeting strategies, used-car sales, vehicle inspection and residual-value management.
Fleet Europe Days also features the Fleet Europe Village, bringing exhibitors, vehicle manufacturers and participants together in a dedicated networking environment. The program includes a Start-up Corner, Fleet Box workshops, Corporate Bootcamps, sponsor-led sessions and a test-drive area where attendees can experience selected new vehicle models and mobility technologies.
Dedicated sessions are available for fleet and mobility managers through the International Fleet Management Institute (IFMI). The 2026 workshops address topics including AI agents, EV adoption, AI-powered fleet control and the development of AI-augmented mobility strategies. The event also includes the Fleet Europe Awards and networking programs during Fleet Europe Night.
