EV Forum & Expo 2027 will take place at the Cape Town International Convention Centre in Cape Town, South Africa, bringing together policymakers, investors, automotive companies, technology providers, energy stakeholders and mobility innovators to explore the development of Africa’s electric vehicle market. The event is part of Africa Energy Indaba 2027 and provides a dedicated platform for discussing the opportunities and challenges surrounding electric mobility across the continent.
The forum will examine the factors driving EV adoption in Africa, including urbanisation, growing transportation demand, energy access, renewable energy integration and the transition toward sustainable mobility. Discussions will connect the automotive and energy sectors while highlighting opportunities for investment, innovation and policy development.
