Automotive Masterminds
The Automotive Masterminds will return for its fourth edition on May 4–5, 2026, at the ECC Berlin, bringing together around 350 decision-makers, technology experts, and procurement professionals from across the automotive industry.
Positioned as a platform for strategic exchange, the conference aims to connect stakeholders across the automotive value chain, with a focus on transformation driven by software and digitalization.
This year’s program is organized under the theme: “Powered by code, driven by culture. Leadership that understands software steers success.” The agenda will cover key topics including software-defined vehicles (SDV), artificial intelligence, the transformation of research and development, organizational culture, electrification, global competitiveness, and emerging partnerships.
More than 45 speakers are expected to participate, representing companies such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volkswagen, Stellantis, Xpeng, Rimac, Bosch, Aumovio, Valeo, and Draxlmaier Group.
The two-day format includes keynote presentations and panel discussions on the main stage, alongside workshops and smaller group sessions designed to enable more detailed discussions and practical insights.
Organizers say the event is intended to facilitate networking and knowledge exchange at a time when the automotive industry is undergoing significant technological and structural change.
