Decathlon has unveiled its latest addition to the Riverside range with the introduction of the ETR920 e-bike, currently available exclusively in Germany. This new model is marketed as an SUV trekking electric bicycle, featuring a Bosch Performance Line motor, known for its reliability and power, delivering 250W and 75Nm of torque.
The ETR920 boasts an “almost invisible” 545Wh Bosch PowerPack battery, offering riders an impressive 110km (approximately 68 miles) assistance range. The bike is equipped with a Bosch Smart system, allowing users to connect their smartphones via the eBike Flow app for convenient controls and journey information. Real-time data such as speed and battery level can be viewed on the Bosch Intuvia 100 display, which also features a micro USB port for charging devices such as smartphones, easily mountable using accessories like the Lamicall Bike Phone Holder.
For added comfort, the e-bike features an SR Suntour SF32 XCM suspension fork with 100mm of travel. The 10-speed model is also equipped with a Shimano Cues U6000 rear derailleur, Shimano BR-MT200 brakes with 180mm discs, and 27.5-inch Continental Contact Urban tires. The bike comes complete with practical accessories including mudguards, a bicycle stand, a luggage rack, and a bell.
Available in three sizes, from M to XL, the ETR920’s step-through frame ensures accessibility for a wide range of riders. The smallest size weighs 27.1 kg (approximately 59.7 lbs). The Decathlon Riverside ETR920 Perf Line 545Wh e-bike is priced at €2,799 in Germany. Decathlon has not yet announced plans for the availability of the model in other countries.
