One year after the Tesla Cybertruck began reaching customers, the radically designed electric truck has a new customization option to make it even more striking: a limited-edition widebody kit by Waido.

Installed by LA-based custom shop Stars In The Ceiling, the widebody kit is the first of its kind for the Cybertruck and comes with a premium $9,990 price tag. Only 100 of these kits will be produced, adding a rare, exclusive option for owners who want to take the already futuristic design to new heights.

The kit’s design extends the Cybertruck’s width by an impressive six inches through flared front and rear fenders, made from durable ABS plastic. The installation does not require any modification of the original body panels, keeping the truck’s structural integrity intact.

The fenders include rear-facing cameras like the factory design, vital for Tesla’s Autopilot system, with new custom housings and extended cables to accommodate the truck’s wider stance. Waido also retained Tesla’s factory charge port, ensuring that the Cybertruck’s charging functions remain fully operational.

The package offers more than just widened fenders. A reimagined front bumper gives the Cybertruck a more aggressive look, while sleek side skirts, a prominent lip spoiler on the rear decklid, and a dramatic rear diffuser complete the aesthetic transformation.

This particular Cybertruck also received a special military-green wrap with matching paint on the bodykit components, set off by 26-inch Forgiato black wheels equipped with rugged off-road tires—an addition that amplifies the truck’s assertive stance on the road.

Waido’s widebody kit underscores the growing demand for Cybertruck customization, a trend that has already sparked interest across the EV and aftermarket industries. As one of the first kits on the market for the Cybertruck, the Waido package signals a new era of personalization options for the model.

With only 100 kits available and demand for customization steadily increasing, more distinctive and adventurous options for the Cybertruck are expected to emerge in the coming months.
