Magenta Mobility, a leading provider of e-mobility solutions for logistics in India, has announced that it now operates over 2,000 electric vehicles (EVs) across more than 18 cities in the country. This fleet includes 2,000 electric three-wheelers and over 250 electric four-wheelers, facilitating deliveries in major urban centers such as Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Pune, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Manesar, Noida, Faridabad, Surat, and Ghaziabad. The company plans to expand its reach to additional planned cities like Jaipur and Lucknow and has recently integrated 100 electric trucks from Tata Motors into its fleet.

As Indian companies increasingly adopt electric mobility for logistics and deliveries, Magenta Mobility is well-positioned for growth. The company utilizes its EV fleet to decarbonize last-mile and mid-mile deliveries for various sectors, including e-commerce, fast-moving consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, food, and logistics services. Its clientele includes major e-commerce platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, BigBasket, and Udaan, along with logistics provider Porter.
To support its zero-emission logistics operations, Magenta Mobility has established an extensive charging network comprising over 90 charging hubs and more than 1,500 chargers.
Since venturing into zero-emission logistics in 2021, Magenta Mobility has attracted significant financial backing from several prominent investors, including Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), BP, Morgan Stanley, the JITO Angel Network, and Indian American philanthropist Dr. Kiran Patel.
