A Tesla Cybertruck has been spotted with what appears to be the first emergency medical service (EMS) wrap, marking a new adaptation of the electric vehicle (EV) for emergency services. The vehicle was seen in New Jersey with a red, white, and blue wrap, a siren on top, and text indicating its role as an emergency vehicle.
According to Reddit posts from Friday and Monday, the Cybertruck is reportedly donated to Hatzulas Nefashos, an ambulance service in Lakewood. It features additional text in Hebrew and English, stating that it was âdonated in memory of the Kedoshim killed on October 7th.â

This Cybertruck is the latest in a series of EVs adapted for various emergency roles. Earlier this month, a wrapped Cybertruck was unveiled as a police vehicle in Greenfield, California, by Unplugged Performanceâs Up.Fit division. Additionally, a police Cybertruck with a green and white wrap was introduced in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, last month.
Tesla CEO Elon Musk has previously suggested that police departments should consider transitioning to Cybertrucks. The company has been increasing Cybertruck production, surpassing the one-year mark since the first pre-production unit was built at Gigafactory Texas. Tesla’s recent Q2 2024 earnings call revealed that Cybertruck production has more than tripled sequentially, with year-end output projected to exceed 125,000 units.
