Cumulative deliveries of the new Aito M7 have surpassed 100,000 units, the Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance (HIMA) said on February 5, marking a key sales milestone for the Huawei-backed smart vehicle brand less than five months after the model’s launch.
The Aito M7, developed under Huawei’s Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance and produced with Chinese automaker Seres, was officially launched on September 23, 2025, with a starting price of 279,800 yuan ($39,000). The mid-to-large SUV measures 5,080 mm in length, 1,999 mm in width and 1,780 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,030 mm.

HIMA said the M7’s rapid delivery growth reflects rising consumer interest in intelligent driving features and extended-range electric vehicles in China’s intensely competitive auto market.
The model adopts Aito’s Kunpeng design language and achieves a drag coefficient of 0.249, according to the alliance. Exterior features include star-ring headlights, a full-width rear light bar and semi-hidden door handles. A subtle blue light at the rear indicates when autonomous driving functions are active.
Inside, the vehicle features a minimalist layout with multiple digital displays, including a 10.25-inch instrument cluster and a 16.1-inch central touchscreen, alongside a large augmented-reality head-up display. An A-pillar-mounted camera monitors driver attention and fatigue, HIMA said.

In terms of driver assistance, the Aito M7 comes standard with Huawei’s ADS 4 advanced driving system. The setup integrates 30 sensors, including LiDAR, millimetre-wave radars, cameras and ultrasonic sensors, enabling navigation-assisted driving in both highway and urban environments.
Powertrain options include a pure battery-electric version built on an 800-volt architecture with a CLTC-rated range of up to 705 km, as well as extended-range variants offering a combined CLTC range of between 1,300 km and 1,500 km.
